These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ea3global.com and related properties (the “Site”) operated by EA3 Global LLC (“EA3 Global”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, compliance, engineering, or other professional advice, and accessing or contacting us through the Site does not create a consulting, advisor, or contractor relationship. A relationship is created only by a separate, signed engagement agreement.
3. Eligibility & permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to not interfere with its operation, to not attempt to access non-public areas, and to comply with applicable export, sanctions, and trade-control laws.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, methodology summaries, and arrangement — is owned by EA3 Global or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. EA3 Global, the EA3 marks, and related branding are trademarks of EA3 Global. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for reasonable internal reference use.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including partners and government resources. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EA3 GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EA3 GLOBAL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EA3 Global from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
